Though the raging winds of life are swirling
I am still
Racism, Hate, War, Genocide, Rape,Economic Chaos
Murder, Depression, Suicide,Poverty,Children Soldiers.....in our world
Yet great peace...
Internal conflict in my universe..diminishing
One truth
Control of Circumstance..
Illusion...
I am still......calm
Meditative in state.. I see
The hope of our future
Our children
creativity,innovation,art,dance,love,hope,service,compassion
Our children
I am still....
The budding tree...
gives me peace...
The blossoming flower..
The break of another day
The belief that the Human Spirit is transcendent...
The belief that at base we most want a better life...a better world..
No I am not a blind optimist
I am a real observer...
Evil has never won
and it never will
So I am calm...I have great peace
